Summary

CxAlloy Facility Maintenance (FM) is web-based work order management software. It allows you to manage all of your preventive, corrective, and requested maintenance work.

CxAlloy TQ’s integration to CxAlloy FM allows for one-click creation of a maintenance program based on the assets in a CxAlloy TQ project. The integration creates a new facility in CxAlloy FM and copies over all asset data and creates recommended maintenance schedules for common equipment types so you can have a fully functioning preventative maintenance program in minutes.

Procore

Summary

Procore is a cloud-based construction project management software solution to manage vital project data.

CxAlloy TQ’s integration to Procore allows CxAlloy TQ issues to be brought into Procore as commissioning observations.

Procore integration offers two approaches to accommodate different project needs: issues can be brought over via a one-time copy to be managed exclusively through Procore, or they can be kept in sync with updates in Procore going back to CxAlloy TQ and vice versa.

Integration Features

• Choose from two different integration options: One-Time Copy or Ongoing Sync.
• View a CxAlloy TQ issue’s related files and comments within Procore where they show up as attachments and comments on the Procore observation, just like you would expect.
• Allow project team members to respond to CxAlloy TQ issues within Procore. With the Ongoing Sync approach edits, comments, and attachments are all synced back to CxAlloy TQ.
• Enable and customize the integration per project so you can tailor the options to each project’s unique requirements.
• Continue to leverage CxAlloy TQ’s custom project settings by mapping your custom setup to your Procore project’s configuration.

Summary

OTTO is an automated functional performance testing solution. It enables commissioning agents and HVAC controls contractors to increase their profits, eliminate tedious work, and deliver better results by leveraging automation for functional performance testing.

OTTO’s integration with CxAlloy TQ allows you to create and manage the tests run by OTTO in CxAlloy TQ. Results of OTTO’s automated testing are brought back into CxAlloy TQ so you can see and report on the results in the familiar CxAlloy TQ interface you’re used to.

Integration Features

• Use the functional performance tests you already have in CxAlloy TQ - OTTO convert these into its own test format to perform its automated testing.
• Sync automated test results back to your tests in CxAlloy TQ so you can view and report on these results just like any other CxAlloy TQ test.

Box

Summary

Box is an online file storage platform that enables secure collaboration with anyone, anywhere, on any device.

CxAlloy TQ integration with Box provides users with a simple way to use a shared Box folder for project documents in CxAlloy TQ. When Box integration is enabled, your project’s Project Files section will be replaced by the Box folder that you choose. Project participants that do not have access to Box or the selected Box folder can still upload project files to a dedicated files inbox.

Integration Features

• Replace the Project Files section of your CxAlloy TQ project with a Box folder of your choosing.
• Work with Box content directly within CxAlloy TQ, leveraging Box’s permissions and unique features.
• Allow users without access to your Box folder to still upload files through a dedicated uploads inbox. Inbox uploads generate notifications to admins, who can then choose to move those files into Box.
